storyteller? contractor? oenophile?
Having tried to write out all I'm looking for, and finding that it doesn't get what I want, I'm keeping this short to let chance and serendipity move in.
Maybe I'll come back and explain how much I love Orhan Pamuk as an author, or Le Sel de Ce Mer as a movie, or cooking and wine tasting and gardening as things to do when not working, how I seek out honesty, beauty, wit, generosity, and sensuality in people.
I travel a lot and am not writing that as many people do (to impress) but instead because it has sometimes been a problem with my partners. If you're the jealous type, you might want to stay away, for I'm terribly devoted when involved and don't have that wondering eye when I leave town. I dream of finding someone who wanted to and could actually join me sometimes in my travels. It would be great if you spoke French and/or went to Europe too but not necessary.
That said, I love men who do and make things (I'm a DIY kind of gal) -- I couldn't care less about your level or type of education. Just be passionate about something, and be around my age or younger. The guys I meet in real life and end up dating are invariably younger.
Winter is long and impending. It's better spent in pairs, no?
