| Oh Brad! I'm mad! |
You were Brad Majors. I gave my bra to Janet Weiss. I was struck by you from the get-go. Perhaps you have some undergarments that need an exchange, or maybe we could get coffee sometime soon?

| Golden Nugget on Clark |
I saw you at Golden Nugget Saturday morning 10/31/09. You were very cute with a few flecks of gray. You had on a tan coat and you came in with a tall blond but we kept glancing at each other. I was sitting across from you with a heavy set guy and we were engrossed in a heavy conversation but I was so wishing that I could've been taking to you instead. Me, semi-punked out hairdo, with dark Denali ski jacket. Hoping we could meet at Golden Nugget for a cup of coffee and engrossing conversation.

| Mr. Coffee 13th & State |
Mr. Coffee too early for me. The sun doesn't rise until I've had my OJ. You saw me on Thursday, 10/29 on 13th State about 7:50 am. I was wearing my usual dark colors, brown pants, black jacket and sunglasses. You, I think a white t-shirt and driving a two door burgundy sports car. Next time you see me and want to meet me get out of the car. Afterall, I am a lady.

| Irving Park and Greenview |
“I’m an idiot,” I said to my friends when I walked into Matilda’s. It was Saturday, October 24th, and I’d just had the most incredible run-in with you. We met on the corner of Irving Park and Greenview, as an X80 bus blew past, leaving us in its dust. I asked you where you were headed. “Broadway,” you replied. And so I suggested we walk together, since I was headed east as well. You had the most beautiful blue eyes and pretty blonde hair swept back in a ponytail. As we walked, you told me all about your job and the huge event you’d helped organize in West Town that morning (for AmeriCorps, I think?). You were tired and heading home. And then we reached Clark Street. The 22 was at the corner, and I quickly said goodbye and made a run for it. I never even got your name or number. An idiot, like I said. But I’m hoping you read this and will feel my same regret. Care to walk and talk, or maybe grab a coffee soon?

Saw you @ Turquoise Restaurant on Tuesday night, October 27th. My lucky day. You were at the adjacent table looking incredible in a gray outfit and we had great eye contact. You were with friends celebrating a birthday. Great voice. I was wearing a black Tommy Bahama shirt. Let's hook up for coffee and talk.

| red line addison meeting |
You - an orthodontist from central IL living in Old Town who was carrying a large umbrella and was somewhat offput by cynical, unfriendly city people. Me - overly cynical city dweller alone at the Addison stop who'd just begun to warm up and enjoy talking with you for that short red line ride. Then you transferred, and I'm still thinking of your smile.

| Big Chicks: You Red Shirt |
You were sitting in the back of Big Chicks (near the pool table) with a friend, when I walked in with my friend from the back entrance (around 10:30 pm or so). I noticed you pretty quickly, and think you noticed me, too. You were wearing a red western shirt and light jeans. My friend and I got our drinks and quickly moved back to where you were, and promptly stayed pretty chickenshit in the corner. He kept telling me to go over and talk to you--and I really wanted to. I glanced over quite often, but you also seemed in deep conversation with your friend, so I didn't want to interrupt. And I'm a chickenshit. Regretted not going over, when I saw you leave. Would love to grab some coffee or meet you back at Big Chicks.
