It was approximately 10 a.m. Thursday, and I still hadn't had my cup of coffee. You were driving a blue car down an alley off of Winona ave. and I was kind of sad that I didn't get to covertly glance at you a second time and then all of a sudden you were stopped at the light on Ashland and Foster. You told me I was beautiful from your window and I meant to respond with something silly like "not bad yourself" but I was too sleepy. Thanks for giving me a reason to smile on my way to work.

Tuesday, 2/23 around 6:15pm. You were wearing a red coat (kinda looked like one of those AmeriCorps city year coats), gray pants, a Blackhawks cap and an orange duffel bag. I just happened to catch a quick glimpse of you as I was walking down to the second floor while on my phone and immediately felt the need for a pair of shoes. You helped me with a pair of new balances. The Pixies, Deftones, and Blink played overhead. I loved the work of cherry blossoms on your left arm.
